Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a charismatic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Face-to-Face Brand Ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our clients’ brands in various public settings and events, promoting their products or services, and engaging with potential customers. You will act as the face of our brand, embodying our values, and creating a positive image and memorable experience for customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Represent our brand at public events, and at other promotional activities where people eat shop or live.

* Engage with potential customers and promote client products or services

* Develop a deep understanding of our clients brand, products, and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers

* Demonstrate products or services and provide informative presentations to potential customers

* Create and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues

* Collect and analyse customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams to improve our products or services

* Report on promotional activity, including customer engagement and feedback, and provide recommendations for improvement

* Set up and manage promotional materials 

* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives

 

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with people from all walks of life

* A friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to create a positive and memorable experience for customers

* A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

* Previous experience in sales or marketing is an asset, but not required
